Collection System Repair & Replacement Project

The Clallam Bay-Sekiu Sewer System recieves significant inflow/infiltration of water in the system which leads to regular sewage overflow events. During the development of the Clallam Bay/Sekiu Sewer System General Sewer/WasteWater Facilities Plan in 2018, the County prioiritized pipe repair and manhole replacement projects that should greatly reduce or eliminate these events. The County has been selected to recieve a $6.2 million grant/loan package from the Department of Ecology to complete the repair projects in 2020-2023.

Project maps & timeline will be published on this webpage by October 2019.
