PURPOSE : The purpose of the Sequim General Retail District [S(GC)] zone is to establish areas primarily devoted to smaller-scale retail and service sector businesses within the Sequim UGA .

- Setbacks: The front and side yard setbacks in the S(GC) zone is zero (0) feet, provided the development is consistent with the City of Sequim's Streetscape Plan and/or C.C.C. 33.19.060(3) of the Clallam County Zoning Code. Please consult the Planning Division for details. The rear yard setback in the S(GC) zone is 10 feet.
- Maximum Lot Coverage: 75%
- Maximum Height: 35 feet.
- Maximum Building Area: 20,000 square feet
NOTE: New development proposals within the Sequim Urban Growth Area are subject to urban development standards specified under C.C.C. 33.19.060, as applicable. Infrastructure improvements may be required as a condition of development permit approval. Please consult the Planning Division for further details. |
