REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR STORMWATER PROJECT
Clarification of RFP (October 26, 2009)
Clallam County is soliciting proposals for facilitation and consultation
services for the County's stormwater program. The scope of work is to develop and facilitate a public involvement process for stormwater management; produce a comprehensive stormwater management plan and ordinances based on recommendations gathered in the public process; and prepare a community based social marketing plan to promote stormwater management.
Sealed proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. "RFP— Clallam County Stormwater Advisory Group and Comprehensive Strategy". Address proposal to: Board of Clallam County Commissioners, 223 East 4th Street, Suite 4, Port Angeles, Washington 98362 or hand deliver to 223 East 4th Street, Room 150, Port Angeles, Washington. Proposals must be received by 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at which time they will be opened publicly and acknowledged by the Board of Clallam County Commissioners. Proposals delivered to other offices and received late by the Commissioners' Office will not be considered, nor will proposals received by facsimile or e-mail.
