Clallam County´s laws are made in the form of County Ordinances.  Ordinances are adopted by the Board of Commissioners after Public Hearing.  Ordinances are published in an organized form known as the "County Code" twice annually.  The Clallam County Code Page also contains links to recently adopted ordinances not yet codified.

The online code is now "on demand" and current through Ordinance 863 adopted February 9, 2010.  Emergency and interim ordinances are not codified.
